Annual General Meeting – Notice to Members

The Annual General Meeting will commence promptly at 10:30 a.m.. The hall will be open from 10:00 a.m. onwards for tea, coffee, and the signing-in of attendees.

The meeting is open to all members, including both those camping over the weekend and those joining us solely for the AGM.

We kindly remind all attendees to bring along their valid Camping and Caravanning Club Membership Cards, as these will be required for registration.
